A Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie trilogy has been announced. Following the final episode of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc in Japan, the series’ official accounts revealed plans to adapt the final arc of the manga into a three-part film series. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will distribute the trilogy in theaters worldwide, excluding select Asian territories and Japan.
Although no release date has been confirmed, Haruo Sotozaki will direct the trilogy at anime studio ufotable, with Akira Matsushima serving as Chief Animation Director and Character Designer. The music will be composed by Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina.
Crunchyroll currently streams the TV anime series and the Mugen Train Arc movie in both subbed and dubbed formats. Episode 8 of the subtitled Hashira Training Arc premiered at 11:45 a.m. PT, while the English dubbed version premiered on June 30 at 1:30 p.m. PT.
